I owe this to myself. 

The only thing standing between me and my dreams

is the bullshit story I’m telling myself. 

I deserve health.

I deserve happiness.

I deserve self-love. 

I deserve to see your dreams come true. 

 

COMMIT. You won’t believe how much you can accomplish if you put your mind to it. 

DRINK.  Water. Water. Water.  (Forget the stupid energy drinks and sodas- they are NOT good for you.) Limit caffeine to one drink a day.  Limit alcohol to one drink per day. 

WORK.  Your.  Ass.  Off.  Literally.  Exercise every day.  Twice if you can.   

CONTROL.  Your portions, your emotions, you behavior, your decision.  Don’t eat your feelings.  Don’t quit.  Believe you can do this. 

BE CONSISTANT.  Follow your plan every day.  Take your medicine every day.  Get out of bed every day.  Move every day.  Do something every day that gets you closer to your goals. 

GOALS:

Log your food and exercise every day.

Be at a fitness level to start insanity in May.

Be proud of yourself.
